Personnel with both sales and research backgrounds can take advantage of our opportunities for client-facing account management roles, providing the service support to our customers in their day-to-day use of our information resources. The role combines an operational research support aspect with commercial, relationship-building.
Key skills needed include superb communications and interpersonal skills, confidence in dealing with senior client personnel, business research knowledge and commercial awareness.
Experience within FMCG companies or dealing with consumer product clients would be an advantage.
